Introducing
the revolutionary diamond grid brazed in multiple layers
|
|
|
| DiaGrid®
beads (patent pending) are not mechanically electroplated, nor
physically sintered¡Kthey
are chemically brazed! As such, no diamond will fall out. Moreover,
all diamond grits are set in a predetermined pattern, so every grit
will work to the optimum, no diamond is wasted. |

|
| Because
diamond grits form a grid with high protrusion, and they never fall
out, so DiaGrid®
beads may cut twice as fast or twice as long when compared with
conventional beads. For sawing granite with a stationary machine,
DiaGrid®
may cut 10-20M2/m at a speed of 1-6M2/hour; for sawing marble, 40-80
M2/m at 8-18 M2/hour. |
|
|
|
| DiaGrid®
beads are more free cutting, so the electrical power consumption is
lower, the cutting path is also straighter, and sawing surface
smoother than that for conventional beads. |
|
|
|
| The
world smallest 6 mm diameter diamond beads and wire saws are also
available for complicated profile cutting and multiple wire sawing. |

Cable
Size is 5 mm except it is 3 mm for DG1-0608. |
|
f5
mm cable contains 7x19 steel wires (tensile strength 2000Kg); 3mm ,
7x7 steel wires (tensile strength 1000Kg). |
|
Twist
the wire 1.5 turns/m before joining plastic sealed wires (1 turn/m for
profile cutting). |
|
High
wire speeds (>30m/s) are preferred. Use a large flow of cooling
water in all cases. |
|
Reverse
the wire when cutting speed becomes too slow. |
|
DiaGrid®
beads may be purchased as loose beads or assembled wire. |
